Kristell Caballero Saucedo

Founder & Principal, Living Change

My work is rooted in the principle of inherent power, guiding individuals and organizations in harnessing their personal agency to initiate transformative change within themselves and their communities. As the Founder and Principal Consultant of Living Change, I create spaces that support leaders in moving from reflection to action, helping them navigate uncertainty with clarity, courage, and purpose.

I started Living Change after years of witnessing a common cycle in philanthropy and social impact spaces: brilliant and committed leaders stuck in planning and dialogue, hesitant to act amid complexity and high stakes. I saw how often understanding the problem wasn’t the barrier—fear, perfectionism, and systemic pressures were. Communities, meanwhile, cannot afford to wait for perfect plans. My work is about breaking that cycle, creating the clarity, tools, and accountability leaders need to keep moving even when the path is uncertain.

With experience spanning racial justice, philanthropy, global organizing, and leadership development, I bring a justice-oriented lens to building strategies, networks, and learning communities that drive systemic change. My background includes grantmaking, policy analysis, program evaluation, and equity-centered change management. I hold a Master of Policy Management from Georgetown University, a Change Management certification from Cornell University, and a B.A. in Political Science and Spanish from St. Olaf College.
